Active private lessons are intended for practitioners looking to expand their physical practice, whether beginner or advanced. Much focus and attention is devoted to developing effective techniques. Expect hands on adjustments to properly learn alignment and pose progression in addition to breath techniques that deepen the connection to the subtle energy of the body.
Therapeutic private lessons are intended for those with ailments, particularly caused by a sedentary lifestyle and/or office work or for those who are healing from an injury or overcoming a health issue. Students will learn poses that reduce joint pain, increase mobility, and improve posture in addition to techniques to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression.
Restorative private lessons are intended for those looking to calm and reset the mind and body to prepare again for the busy world. These lessons incorporate guided breath work and meditation. Experience the support of props in passive postures, combined with slow and fluid movement to drop into a relaxed state. Can be combined with an Active or Therapeutic session.
